Force Changing a User’s Password
Navigate to Navigate to “Administration” from the menu bar at the top of the portal
Click “User Administration”
Click on the username of the user whose password you would like to change
Click the red force change button on the sidebar menu
Type in a new password in the “New Password” field
Confirm the new password in the “Confirm Password” field
Click “OK” to confirm or “Cancel” to exit
If no password is entered nothing happens when you click “OK”
If the passwords do not match an error message will appear
If the new password does not match the security policy requirements an error message will popup
To change the user’s security policy access the dropdown field labeled “Security Policy” under “Account Security”
