Resetting your own Password: Logged into the portal
Navigate to “My Account” from the menu bar at the top of the portal
Click “My Account”
Under “Account Info” click the green “Change Password” button
This will promote a popup labeled “Change Password”
Enter in your old password in the “Old Password” field
Enter in your new password in the “New Password” field
Enter in your new password again in the “Confirm Password” field
Click “OK” to confirm or “Cancel” to exit the popup
If the old password does not match an error message will popup
If the new password does not match the security policy requirements an error message will popup
If no password is entered nothing happens when you click “OK”
Click the green save button on the right side bar
